SOFIA Visibility Tool (VT) Beta Release

Known Issues:

1.  Currently VT cannot support more than 16 objects.

2.  On some browsers/platforms the communication with the SIMBAD database is very slow.  
After entering a designation into the "SIMBAD/Sol Sys target" and hitting "return", the user 
may need to wait as much as 30 seconds for a response from the SIMBAD name resolver service 
and for the RA and Dec fields to be automatically filled in.  During this time there is no 
visible inidication from the tool that the interaction is in progress.

3.  There are a number of issues with the functions in the "Editing Targets" window; 
this window can be used to check target coordinates and "delete all" targets from a 
list, but should not be used to add/delete/modify individual targets.
